For $75 per person, hungry lovebirds can enjoy a 4 course dinner with several choices of Italian favorites that combine traditional preparation with local and organic ingredients including starters such as 4 Raw Oysters on the Half Shell with Balsamic Geleé and Primi “first courses” featuring Linguini Tossed with Guianciale, Cracked Black Pepper and Uni and Wild Mushroom Risotto. Enticing Entrées offer a veritable culinary tour of Italy with a choice of Langostino Poached Lobster in Cardamom Broth with Clams and Mussels; Wild Boar Medallions Roasted in the Wood Oven; and Palio’s Vegetarian Cassoulet featuring Root Vegetables and Cannellini Beans Baked with Black Truffles.
