Bob Pike has announced that he is stepping down as chairman and CEO of The Bob Pike Group. He becomes chairman emeritus of the company he founded as ownership passes to his daughter, Becky Pike Pluth. Roger D. Andersen remains president of the company.
"The best time to create a transition is when you don't need to," Bob Pike said. "I have a passion for what I do and will continue to focus on my training, consulting, speaking, and writing. But now is the time to transition to new operational leadership.

I think she is well positioned to take this company to new heights in helping clients creatively facilitate their training sessions to increase content retention and learning enjoyment."
"This is really exciting for me and my family," Becky Pluth said, formerly the vice president of training and development at The Bob Pike Group. "I've been involved in creative training since I was 15 and really believe in the product and organization we have developed. Our entire team is outstanding.” Becky is now company chairman and chief training officer.
"Roger Andersen has been with the company since 2008, and he will retain his position as he manages the day-to-day operations at BPG. With Bob staying involved, I am confident that the transition will be smooth and seamless for everyone," Becky said.
