Licensed Wisconsin Journeyman and Master Electricians must renew their license every four years. The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires each licensee to complete 24 hours of electrical continuing education by March 30th in their renewal year. JADE Learning offers a convenient and affordable package of online courses to fulfill this requirement for only $230. Each course comes with a free trial and payment is required only after a passing score is achieved. Renewal credit hours are promptly reported every business day. Anyone can view the 24 Hour Renewal Package and other Wisconsin electrical continuing education courses at http://www.jade1.com.

Each section of a course presents expert National Electrical Code analysis with full color graphics and questions on each page. “It was very convenient. I liked not having to read through pages of information before getting to the questions,” noted P. Dulin from Pardeeville, Wisconsin. Courses for electrical license renewal are available online, anytime, and no one is required to pay until each course is passed. Courses in the 24 hour Renewal Package include 2011 NEC Changes Part 1, 2011 NEC Changes Part 2, and Residential Wiring According to the 2011 NEC. Topics include the most important changes in the 2011 NEC, articles 90-Annex I, and the requirements in the 2011 NEC for installing electrical systems in dwelling units. These secure and reliable online courses easily fit an electrician’s busy schedule. “Online courses are good solution for those who can’t find the time for a classroom course or who need hours fast in order to meet the deadline”, notes David Burtt, JADE Learning President.

All electrical continuing education courses are developed with NEC consultants and former electrical inspectors, each with over 30 years of experience. The dynamic JADE Learning online learning system allows an electrician to ask questions of instructors during a course. Courses are then updated to ensure that the information presented and the questions asked are up-to-date based on latest interpretations of the code. This online package is available until April 30th, 2013. Additional online courses are approved through 2016. Electricians who don’t renew until 2014 can also take advantage of JADE Learning courses for their Wisconsin electrical continuing education.

Since 1991, JADE Learning has been a national provider of electrical code and electrical safety continuing education. Contact JADE Learning for more information about electrical continuing education and electrical license renewal requirements in Wisconsin and other states.
