We may be only one month into 2013 but already North West based estate agency, VitalSpace, have had a very good start to the year. Their new premises and a launch of a bespoke website have contributed to growth in footfall and online visitors coupled with new found confidence in the housing market, 2013 looks set to be a good year.

Only a months after launch, the VitalSpace website has also received recognition from the sales and lettings software specialists Dezrez by being named as their Website Of The Month. This is a great accolade for the independent estate agency and for the designers and developers of the bespoke website, Manchester based digital marketing agency, Jungle Media Ltd.

There are various packages of sales and lettings software available for Estate Agents to use on their websites but in a competitive market, they need to be able to stand out from the crowd. Estate Agents need to ensure that their visitors get the information that they want quickly and efficiently and VitalSpace knew that Dezrez had the perfect API (Application Programming Interface) to meet their requirements. They also needed a robust, bespoke website which allowed them to feed real time updates to major property portals, manage appointments and have access to a plethora of tools.

There are lots of positive indicators in the housing market with growth being reported by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Bank of England’s ‘Credit Survey Report’ indicating that rates will become more competitive and increased funding will be available for mortgage loans. The recovery is not expected to be fast but VitalSpace have already seen an increase in customers and are currently carrying out substantially more valuations year on year.

With such a positive start to the year, the future looks bright for VitalSpace.
