Before joining Mspark, Ms.Sigler served since 2007 as corporate controller of Atherotech, Inc., a private, equity-backed company headquartered in Birmingham, Ala. Prior to being corporate controller at Atherotech, she was assistant controller there. Ms. Sigler brings to her new position at Mspark a strong accounting background, including experience in financial reporting with lenders and private equity firms executing private equity transactions and related due diligence.
Ms. Sigler attended Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga., where she earned a master’s degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, both in accounting.
