The transaction-driven StatementRewards platform maximizes value to cardholders by identifying and offering personalized, relevant rewards and offers from non-competing merchant brands, based on the cardholder’s purchase history, predictive analytics and collaborative filtering. These types of offers have been shown to lift a retailer’s share of spend on store-brand cards, as well as online engagement with the brand—both of which deepen the customer-brand relationship and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Under terms of the agreement, Alliance Data, which provides more than 100 branded private label, co-brand and commercial credit card programs for some of North America’s best-known retail brands, will leverage StatementRewards to give its co-brand cardholders timely, personalized offers, which a cardholder can purchase using their co-brand credit card, all via Alliance Data’s customer account center online portal. No cardholder personal information is shared with partner merchants.
