Mr. Gray most recently was a Director in the Washington Federal Practice of one of the largest privately held consulting firms in the world; providing consulting services to the commercial and public sector for supply chain, innovation, and operational strategy where he designed and executed innovative strategies for large corporations and Government Agencies enabling dramatic improvements in their operations
