MyReportPlan.com is in the process of optimizing their public document record search service for mobile devices, the company said yesterday.
“More and more, potential customers are coming to us through their mobile devices than ever before,” company spokesman Josh Fraser said. “That's a bit of a problem, because our service has always been optimized for laptops and desktops. This service upgrade plans to address that.”
Under the current system, some customers had problems filling out guide fields or reading reports on their mobile devices, the company said. The optimization program will help address that.
“There are very valid reasons for wanting to do a public records check on the go,” Fraser said. “If you are at a used car lot, you want the vehicle history information right now. If you meet someone in a bar or club, you want to make sure they are not a criminal before you go home with them. Or if you meet a promising job applicant at a seminar, you want to be able to look them up quickly.”
The optimization program will make the site's services easily accessible from iPhones, Android phones, Microsoft Phones, iPads and Galaxy tablets, the company said.
“Those are the main platforms people use to contact us through mobile devices,” Fraser said. “So we are going to make sure our services work perfectly on them.”
