Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) February 08, 2013
TDCI, the leading provider of configurator-based software, is pleased to announce the company’s 15th anniversary as a support organization for the MAC-PAC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. MAC-PAC is a leading ERP system for manufacturers running on the IBM AS/400 system platform and the System I series.
MAC-PAC is the ERP and enterprise configuration environment for over 85 manufacturing companies in a wide range of industries throughout North America, Europe and other parts of the world. TDCI was selected by the original MAC-PAC developers, Andersen Consulting, to support the national MAC-PAC customer base in late 1997. TDCI subsequently acquired exclusive world-wide rights to MAC-PAC in 2005.
“We congratulate TDCI on this important milestone. Our company sincerely appreciates the quality of MAC-PAC support provided by the TDCI Team during the past 15 years,” says Debbie Worden, Vice President of Supply Chain for LASCO Fittings, Inc and TDCI’s MAC-PAC Customer Advisory Board President. “From our perspective TDCI has recruited outstanding employees who really care about providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and working diligently to quickly resolve any problems that are reported.”
In addition to providing continuous customer support to the MAC-PAC user community, TDCI enhanced and extended MAC-PAC with the delivery of over 800 software improvements, complementary solutions and technical upgrades as a standard part of the maintenance program.
“The MAC-PAC user community is a very important part of TDCI’s success,” said Bob Irwin, TDCI President. “TDCI’s extended product management strategy has been based on the insights we gain from the successful manufacturing enterprises we have as clients.“
Rhonda DeMuth, TDCI founder and Board Chairman, confirms: “We’re extremely proud of what we’ve accomplished during these fifteen years. But in all honesty, we all feel as though we’re just getting started, TDCI continues to invest in exciting new MAC-PAC XE developments and will be announcing new options for MAC-PAC XE users in 2013.” DeMuth adds, “What we’re really looking forward to is the next fifteen years!”
