Product Support Services, Inc. (PSSI), today announced the company has been awarded a reverse logistics contract by Native Instruments http://www.native-instruments.com. Under this agreement, PSSI will perform all reverse logistics services for the Native Instruments line of products including their “Traktor Kontrol S4 and Kontrol S2 as well as Maschine and Maschine Mikro…” PSSI services will include advance exchange inventory pool management, products returns management, repair and refurbishment. PSSI will also assist Native Instruments in parts harvesting, product remarketing and value recovery strategies.
