Prior to leaving industry, as senior director of operations in a chemical manufacturing company, Dennis was responsible for high-purity chemical operations in the US and Korea. Before that, as director of production systems development, he drove a corporate lead time reduction initiative, reducing order to cash time by 50%.

Dennis is known for his firm belief in employee education, his passion for client success, and for effectively leveraging Integrated Business Planning, Master Scheduling, and Factory Planning and Control processes. He has led the development of several planning and control courses reaching hundreds of employees and serves as an educator and business process coach. Most recently, Dennis was the founder and president of SCOPE Operations Solutions, a business coaching firm specializing in executive-level operations for small and mid-cap companies in Central Texas.
