Amazing suncatcher Valentine crafts have just been published on Kids Activities Blog. The kids will love to make the glowing hearts that catch the sun for their special loved one.
The activity is easy, inexpensive, and colorful and is guaranteed to make anyone smile. Materials needed are a heart shaped paper hole punch (any size), some contact paper, painters tape, a small bowl, scissors, stickers, and red, white, and pink construction paper.
Punch a large amount of hearts out of the construction paper and place inside bowl. This activity will make a great fine motor skill exercise for any preschooler. Secure the contact paper on the table with painters tape. Allow the child to pour, pinch, place, dump, or shake the paper hearts onto the contact paper. The kids can add stickers and additional different size heart shapes at this point to the artwork.
Then cut out two hearts from the contact paper and outline it with additional sticky paper. Hang them up by the window or give them as Valentines to relatives and friends.
Over 18 additional cool Valentines crafts for kids have been released on Kids Activities Blog. Among them are artful super red collages, cute Valentines trees, yummy birdseed treats, cool heart rocks, a Valentines candle for grandma, salt dough hearts, a DIY treat bag, and many more.
