EMSI Appoints Craig Lockett Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Examination Management Services, Inc. (EMSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Lockett as senior vice president of Human Resources. In this role, he will oversee staff recruitment, compensation, performance management processes, employee relations and training initiatives in support of the strategic and operational goals of the company.

Lockett joins EMSI from Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 200 company with more than 15,000 employees worldwide, where he served as vice president of Human Resources. Lockett has over 20 years of human resources experience and has held senior human resources leadership positions with PepsiCo (Quaker Oats & Frito-Lay Divisions), TYCO International and Phillips Medical Systems, NA.

Lockett holds a degree in Criminal Law from the University of Illinois and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is also a member of both the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and Corporate Leadership Council (CLC).

Craig Lockett will be based out of EMSI’s National Service Center in Irving, Texas and will report to Anthony Falisi, EMSI corporate secretary and general counsel.
