Activity Feed Widget
Previously, the Activity Feed took over X2CRM, greeting users upon logging in with updates from the entire system. Similar to a Facebook wall, the Activity Feed tracks user activity, customer touchpoints and internal social posts in one easy-to-swallow screen. Users can now track activity through a widget on the right hand side of the system, providing real time communication throughout the organization regardless of where they are in the CRM system.
Google Analytics Integration
Google Analytics integration is useful both externally and internally. Users with Admin role permissions can now track website visitors in real time with Google Analytics within X2CRM. This allows users to see locations of visitors and the amount of time spent on the website, while X2CRM notifies sales representatives of their assigned Contact’s activity. Plus, this feature may be used internally by sales managers to track system users’ activity within the application. This provides insights for sales managers about where their sales representatives are spending their time, which modules are being used and what the levels of adoption look like.
