Hanson Duby Lawyers (http://www.HansonDuby.com), a personal injury law firm serving the Greater Toronto Area, is pleased to announce that it has augmented its seasoned legal team with the addition of Firdose Haffejee. Haffejee completed her articles at Hanson Duby before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
“Hanson Duby’s track record and reputation means we are able to attract strong individuals like Firdose Haffejee,” says Brad Duby, Senior Partner at Hanson Duby. “She is an exceptional addition to our firm and her international experience is an asset to our growing team. Her insight and experience will significantly enhance our firm’s ability to help our clients navigate the challenges and opportunities of personal injury litigation.”
Haffejee is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA in Sociology) and the University of the Witwatersrand (LL.B). Prior to joining Hanson Duby Lawyers in 2011, Haffejee worked at a boutique law firm in South Africa in the areas of conveyancing, labour law, and estate planning.
Haffejee brings her creative flair, energetic attitude, and international experience to all of her cases. Her practice involves personal injury litigation for plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and long-term disability claims. Haffejee is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
“Hanson Duby offers excellent opportunities for me to combine my experience in personal injury law with such a respected firm,” says Haffejee. “I look forward to using my experience to help clients in the areas of personal injury litigation and long-term disability claims.”
