"Prior to our collaboration with Cause Populi, we were one of the best kept secrets in Collier County. Now we are becoming known for our work and service, generating new interest and support."
Naples, FL (PRWEB) February 13, 2013
Sunlight Home of Collier County, Inc. announces the launch of its new state-of-the art web site funded by an in-kind marketing grant from Cause Populi, a Miami based marketing agency. Sunlight Home received the marketing expertise of the firm to redevelop its website to convey a more compelling message of the services that Sunlight Home provides to homeless, abused “at risk” pregnant women, teens and their children.
The new site includes information on Sunlight Home and its “Rays of Hope Program” and how we can provide help for new residents. The site has been developed to provide donors with opportunities to support Sunlight Home through its fundraising events and through on-line donations. A new Facebook fan page was created to keep everyone informed of the current activities at the Home.
Sunlight Home was awarded a “Worthy Cause” marketing grant from Cause Populi in September of 2012 and worked over the course of 3 months with the help of a PhD candidate from Nova Southwestern University. “We were so thrilled to receive the grant,” said President of the Board, Carolyn V. Bott. “It is so rare that a private organization gives grants to help non-profits with marketing—yet so important for smaller charities to get the right message out to the people they serve. Prior to our collaboration with Cause Populi, we were one of the best kept secrets in Collier County. Now we are becoming known for our work and service, generating new interest and support. We could not be more grateful for the highly skilled and professional assistance of a full service marketing agency for nonprofits to help us get our message out to the community.”
“When we first learned about the life saving work that goes on at Sunlight Home, we became extremely excited about the opportunity to support this organization" stated Gerardo Alvarado, Executive Director and founder of Cause Populi. We're proud to make a contribution to this extremely valuable community resource. More information about Cause Populi and its mission to help nonprofits can be found at http://www.causepopuli.com.
