Rolltech, the mobile and web app for bowlers, will be part of the #VegasTech contingency at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin next month.
The first ever official community representation at the festival, #VegasTech will display products and services from some of its top startups at the 800-square foot stand in the Trade Show area, as well as hosting two evening events on Sunday, March 10th and Monday, March 11th.
As a Startup Sponsor, Rolltech will display and demonstrate its cross-platform technology in the stand; it will also participate in the much anticipated #VegasTech Lounge and #VegasTech Party.
Rolltech is a seed-funded technology company that endeavors to change the way the world’s 100 million+ bowlers play, watch and interact with the sport and each other.
The app, which is available in the App Store, gives bowlers tools for automatic, real-time score and stats tracking, sharing, challenging and redeemable points earning. Rolltech also offers bowling centers real-time access to their customers through center-specific offerings.
"As a lifelong bowler, Rolltech is a true passion project,” notes founder Rich Belsky. “What started one league night as a desire to track my team's scores and averages turned into a product with the potential to revolutionize the sport of bowling.”
Rolltech has attracted key foundational partnerships and advisors that will allow for strategic, sustained and consistent growth – making it an ideal partner for the #VegasTech representation. South by Southwest is a key opportunity to share the concept with a larger audience and scale the user base accordingly.
Other Startup Sponsors of #VegasTech at the festival include Alice Receptionist, Rumgr, Tracky, Tabeso and LaunchKey; Switch is the headlining sponsor. The Downtown Project, Technology Business Alliance of Nevada (TBAN), Fuller Street Productions and the University of Nevada – Las Vegas are Community Sponsors, and Tech Cocktail is serving as the group’s media partner.
