New statistics released by Twitter and Compete have revealed the habits of mobile twitter users interaction with brands. It reveals that Twitter users that primarily access via mobile devices are 96% more likely to follow eleven or more brands, while the average Twitter user follows five or more.
Twitter’s mobile users were also 58% more likely to recall seeing an ad, and 63% more likely to click on links. They were also 78% more likely to retweet and 85% more likely to favourite tweets.
