According to the Sky News report new rules are being considered after 2.4 million incidents of anti-social behaviour were recorded in England and Wales last year. These new measures are to act as a backstop to a Government plan “community trigger” which gives victims of anti-social behaviour the right to demand agencies take action.
The report goes on to say that in the review of the draft of the anti-social bill, the committee said that agencies should be named and held to account when they fail to act. For many clients of Private Investigator who are victims of anti-social behaviour, this would be a huge step forward for them to start to get their lives back on track.
A spokesperson from Private Investigator said:
“In my professional opinion, this new bill will help to speed up the process behind arrest and or punishment for this sort of crime. The longer victims have to wait for action the more they suffer. Not knowing if they are going to be targeted again, by the criminals, is a big worry and can lead to suicide.”
Investigators at [Private Investigator are often approached by scared and tired member of the public looking for help. They often require evidence of the abuse and anti-social behaviour which we can assist with by offering services. Evidence can be obtained through surveillance by a highly trained agent who will record video, photograph and record audio evidence, or though remote hidden cameras and audio recording devices that can be fitted in and around the victim’s home.
