His hometown still remembers his legendary 1948 high school football victory, President Jimmy Carter calls him a friend and chiropractors throughout the country distinguish his work for the industry – but he sees himself as a man who perseveres.

In his new autobiography Titus, Dr. Titus Plomaritis documents his growth of desire, motivation and hard work that led him to high-profile successes in his personal and professional life.

“Plomaritis is like a real-life Forrest Gump, showing up in the worlds of athletics, politics, war, medical science and more,” said Dennis Whitten, reporter for The Lowell Sun, in a review. “It is incredible that an 83-year-old man has such an immaculate recall of events covering his life.”

In 600 pages, 250 vintage photographs and countless memories, Plomaritis exposes his driving forces, beginning with growing up as one of seven children of Greek immigrants, to show how everyone can achieve excellence with persistence.

Titus also discusses his experience serving in the army during World War II.
