Edison, NJ (PRWEB) February 25, 2013
CheckPoint HR, the leader in HR spend optimization for small to mid-sized businesses, announced that it has kept health insurance premium increases to less than 1% on average for its clients that renew in January.
More than 80% of CheckPoint HR’s clients saw a premium decrease, or a modest increase under 10%, with the overall average coming in at a 0.85% increase.
“Of all the numbers related to our business, this is the one we are most proud of,” said CheckPoint HR CEO Tim Padva. “Our mission is to help clients optimize their HR spend while being able to maintain or improve benefit program quality. That’s a tall order, and to keep benefit increases this low is a remarkable achievement.”
Behind the achievement is something unique in the industry.
“A big difference about CheckPoint HR is our Continuous Cost Control program, which is actually a free service we provide,” said Patrick Carragher, Vice President of Benefits. “Through this program, we proactively analyze client spend and investigate ways to keep costs as low as possible without compromising benefits levels.
“Our experts start working directly with clients fully six months before their renewal date. We develop a range of creative benefits concepts, including solutions that traditional benefits brokers are not familiar with and haven’t mastered. This gives our customers wider choices, puts them firmly in control of the renewal process, and delivers increased savings directly to their bottom line.”
