Emily's Entourage Featured by Rush Order Tees in "One Drop, Many Ripples" Initiative

Emily's Entourage has been announced as the first organization highlighted on Rush Order Tees Facebook Page under the Company's "One Drop, Many Ripples" initiative to draw attention to customers with humanitarian causes.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) February 26, 2013

Emily’s Entourage champions building awareness and funds for Cystic Fibrosis research. Now, Rush Order Tees & Printfly are championing EE's cause, highlighting the organization as part of a new initiative aimed at helping their "customers with causes".

Coby Kramer-Golnikoff co-founded the organization named for his sister Emily who, since infancy, has lived with Cystic Fibrosis, a progressive genetic disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. Now 27, Emily continues to fight Cystic Fibrosis (CF) spending countless hours on treatments and therapies trying to salvage every ounce of lung function.

Coby has taken the mantle to build awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and raise funds to contribute to a cure.

“It has been unbelievable to see a little idea that started in our living room transform into a fully operational organization,” explained Kramer-Golnikoff. “We kicked off a social media initiative called 'Where in the world is Emily's Entourage' where we encouraged people to buy t-shirts or tanks tops (made by RushOrderTees), take a picture of themselves in a cool, iconic location and post it on our FB page. We have received unbelievable pictures from all over the world!”

Emily's Entourage also seeks to galvanize younger audiences by hosting fundraisers on college campuses across the country. While the group sells custom t-shirts for fundraising on their website, the sale EE custom tank tops has been a leading contributor. Uniquely, the shirts actually serve as tickets to EE fundraising events. Coby attributes much of the organization’s accomplishment to the successful engagement of this younger audience with these events.

“Last year, we raised over $13,000 in funds at Tulane University from the sale of over 1,100 custom tank tops. This means that 1 in 7 Tulane students has an EE tank! The sale of EE apparel has truly been instrumental in our fundraising efforts!”

About Emily’s Entourage
Emily's Entourage (EE) is a 501(c)3 organization that seeks to raise money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis research. Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a progressive genetic disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system.

The orgainzation started as a small-scale fundraiser for a local CF stair climb by a group of people who love Emily and are desperate for a CF cure.

It didn’t take long to realize that traditional fundraising efforts could only go so far. To really make an impact, it takes a community of people with a common goal. That’s where Emily’s Entourage comes in.

Emily’s Entourage is made up of people who have had enough of this deadly disease.
