In 2012, AtHomeNet first introduced integrated website service for association management firms using Jenark Property Management Software. Via their AtHomeNet community website, homeowners could view their personal account information, including live access to resident account transactions, work order status, architectural change requests, and CC&R violation history – all regularly updated through live access to Jenark management software. As homeowners and board members increasingly rely on websites as the primary association communication tool for both the social and business activities of the community, the demand for additional feature integration with Jenark Property Management Software has steadily climbed.

In response, AtHomeNet recently implemented the ability for certain data fields in the website resident profile to flow back to the management software for timely updating of contact information. Owners can revise their e-mail address, home and work phone, cell phone, fax, and alternate address within their website profile, and two-way data synchronization will update the management company’s accounting software.

In addition, the owner now has the option to submit a work order or add an architectural change request directly from the community website. The new data integration will help association managers more easily control the accounting and maintenance needs for communities directly through their association website.
