InRESONANCE Unveils Next Generation of its Most Popular Web Services

Families and schools gain exceptional efficiencies and greater control with new versions of web services

inRESONANCE (iR), a leading developer of technology solutions for schools and non-profit institutions, announced today at the 2013 National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Annual Conference the next generation of two of its most popular web services: inRESONANCE SchoolForms Online—formerly known as Re-enrollment Web Services (RWS)—and Family Access Module (FAM) 2.0.

inRESONANCE updated its web services to include clients’ most-requested features. This latest release—with RWS renamed to better reflect the new capabilities—allows schools to easily publish their forms, and families to submit them securely online. Most importantly, the submitted data is integrated back into the school’s database with no manual data entry.

Streamlined experience for families
Working independently or together, all iR web services are accessible through one dedicated, secure online account for each family—with a single password. A student can have related accounts for up to four families. Even if the family has multiple children enrolled in the same school, family-related data needs to be submitted only once.

FAM 2.0 gives parents instant access to term-end grades and comments, as well as their student’s graphical class schedule and attendance. FAM's searchable family and student directory now also displays faculty and staff contact information. Access to an online school announcement bulletin board keeps families in touch with school closings and events. Families can submit changes to their contact and emergency information with ease.

SchoolForms Online gives the school complete control in building online forms that are pre-populated with data from the core database; data collected on forms is imported back into the database without data entry. In their online accounts, families access re-enrollment contracts and deposits, and online summer re-enrollment forms from all offices in the school. The school can attach a payment to any form. Schools are experiencing much faster response time from families because of the ease of use. At season's end, completed forms can be archived as PDFs.
