Our success in 2012 is due to our deeper penetration into the enterprise market, continued growth of our flagship offering among mid-sized companies, and our exceptional customer support which continues to drive repeat business and referrals.

Express Metrix, a leading provider of IT and software asset management solutions, closed 2012 thirteen percent ahead of its goals, achieving a thirty-seven percent growth in worldwide sales, and expanding its North American customer base by an unprecedented fifty-one percent.
"Our success in 2012 is due to our deeper penetration into the enterprise market, continued growth of our flagship offering among mid-sized companies, and our exceptional customer support which continues to drive repeat business and referrals," said Express Metrix CEO Kris Barker. "We have also benefited from our position of being one of only a handful of specialized software license management tools that truly support the needs of organizations of all sizes to effectively manage their license positions and remain compliant with their license agreements."
In 2012 Express Metrix broadened its reach among larger companies, launching Version 10.0 of its flagship product, Express Software Manager®. Key enterprise-class enhancements include a redesigned client that allows the product to effortlessly scale to meet the demands of larger organizations. In addition, the company saw increased sales of its enterprise-focused Express Software Manager for SCCM product and introduced a new offering, Express Software Manager for Citrix, which serves organization seeking to manage software licenses running on the increasingly popular Citrix platform.
During 2012 the company also expanded its network of OEM partners with the addition of ASG Software Solutions and Miradore, both industry leaders in developing IT management software that serves enterprise customers. In addition, Express Metrix expanded its existing footprint within the product lines of existing OEM partners such as BMC Software and IBM.
"Looking forward to 2013, our plans center around continued emphasis on specialized offerings—both for end user customers and OEM partners—that allow organizations to comprehensively manage their software portfolios, minimize license compliance risk, and identify opportunities to reduce software spending. Our successes this past year validate our belief that the software asset management market continues to grow, especially among larger organizations whose needs aren't met by the vast majority of software asset management offerings, and that we have the right products—both existing and in the development pipeline—to take advantage of those opportunities,” said Barker.
