Located minutes from the towns of Uvita and Ojochal, Pacific Estates, the newest Costa Rica Real Estate project on the country’s South Pacific Coast, recently introduced a new home model and floor plan to its project, in addition to introducing its first buyers.
Currently residing in North Texas, Ellen and Fabian Gordon have been traveling to Costa Rica for several years and three years ago made the decision to buy a home in the small Central American country. Having looked at many properties and weighing the many options afforded to them over the past few years, the Gordon’s chose Pacific Estates for a variety of reasons.
“This project is further along in development in the early stages than any other project we’ve been to,” said Fabian Gordon. “And the likelihood of success here is higher than anything else we’ve seen.”
The Gordons recently traveled to Costa Rica where they not only toured Pacific Estates and walked the grounds of their new home site, but they sat down to talk with Meyer Godur, Pacific Estate’s Miami-based Managing Director, who visited the property with them, along with Ruben Sklar, Pacific Estate’s Costa Rica-based Managing Director. “With only a small fraction of our property’s 167 acres set for development, Pacific Estate’s infrastructure continues to be put in place with roads being cleared, home sites being marked off and crews working on all the elements that will make Pacific Estates Costa Rica’s premier gated community,” explained Sklar.
Godur said based on the positive reception of the project and the pricing that has been put in place, sales at Pacific Estates continue with refundable deposits being accepted. “We are very excited about being able to introduce our first buyers to the public and with our progress moving at a steady pace, the construction on the first of our two model homes is right around the corner,” he said.
While the first phase of development at Pacific Estates is Pacific Landings, a 26 lot subdivision that nestles the Coronado River and is conveniently located at the front of the property with easy access to the Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific Estates recently unveiled its newest model and floor plan for phase two of the development – Pacific Hills.
The three bedroom two and a half bath home at Pacific Hills comprises 2,250 square feet and is not only designed for comfort and style, but was created for future homeowners to experience the splendor of Costa Rica as it was meant to be enjoyed.
“Like all of the homes at Pacific Estates, the design incorporates amazing use of space with private balconies in the back of the house and eco-friendly,” said Meyer Godur, Pacific Estate’s Miami-based Managing Director. “The inside integrates the best elements of North American, European and Costa Rican designs that utilize open space, natural lighting and building materials that are environmentally efficient and cost effective; all elements that will make this new home both warm and inviting.”
In addition to a master bedroom that encompasses half of the upstairs floor plan with both front and back exposures, the design features a fantastic floating staircase, a spacious living room ideal for entertaining guests, a formal dining room and an eat in kitchen that includes granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Each upstairs bathroom includes a large Rainforest Shower that incorporates an amazing ocean, river, mountain or rainforest view within a private setting for a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. The home also includes washer and dryer hook ups, internet connectivity and zone controlled air conditioning.
The backyard not only features a spacious deck for lounging and barbecuing, but includes a uniquely designed 13-foot by 10-foot semi-circle splash pool that enables homeowners to enjoy a refreshing dip in a relaxed state.
