In his new role, Smith will work closely with the company’s clients in the quick service restaurant industry, streamlining processes for account management, sales and deployment. He will also contribute significantly to future releases of the CorrigoNet and WorkTrack Service Provider product lines, which are part of Corrigo’s Work Order Network. In addition, Smith will allow the company to deliver an even greater degree of technological expertise to its various clients.

Smith’s experience in managing technology spans many different areas. In his most recent position with international restaurant chain Wendy’s, he was in charge of the client-end system administration for Corrigo solutions across more than 1,200 stores. Smith’s other duties included system maintenance, accounts troubleshooting, user training and asset information maintenance. He also has an active membership in the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) as a vendor.
