Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) March 05, 2013

Alabama Attorneys Gusty Yearout and Lloyd Gathings released a new video entitled "Deepwater Horizon BP Settlement: How Your Business Can File a BP Claim."

The video was released to the BPSettlementHelp YouTube channel created by the law firms of Yearout & Traylor, P.C. and Gathings Law.

"If you do business anywhere in Alabama and your gross revenues took a nosedive during the time of the BP oil spill, May-December 2010, you should watch this video. You may be entitled to a substantial payment," said Yearout. "Your business does not have to be related to tourism or the seafood industry in order to qualify. You don't even need direct proof that your loss of revenue was caused by the oil spill. The video explains this, and our BP Settlement Help website gives you the option to contact us by using a form or by telephone. Our services are entirely free unless you retain us and we collect money for you."

This is the second in a series of videos explaining how businesses in Alabama can file a BP claim if the business meets certain revenue requirements. More videos will be added to the YouTube channel later this week, Yearout said.

Yearout and Gathings have provided a Free BP Claim Evaluation Form at BP-Settlement-Help.org to allow businesses to obtain a free review of their potential claim by an attorney.
