The Northwest Leadership Seminar has been serving emergency and public service employees for 44 years with development and training for fire and police officers. The three-day forum brings in thought leaders and senior strategists to share cutting-edge ideas and case studies to help attendees inspire others, leverage social media, and gain insights on success.

In her presentation, titled “Igniting Bold Leadership: Inspiring High Passion and High Performance at All Levels of Your Organization,” Gill shares strategies to helping individuals and organizations clarify their vision and execute their plan for success. Gill is the former head of communications and public relations for Sony, Universal, and Turner Broadcasting. She is now CEO of Libby Gill & Company, an executive coaching and consulting firm.
