Springfield, MO (PRWEB) March 12, 2013
The Medical Package® announced today that it accepted 14 advertising-related awards at the 34th Annual Addy® Awards, sponsored by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of the Ozarks. The medical marketing group produced award-winning work for clients in a wide range of categories including Advertising for The Arts & Sciences, Digital Advertising, Collateral Material, Direct Marketing and more.
As demonstrated by the high number of awards, this medical marketing and communication company strives to break ground in the medical branding and advertising field. The Medical Package is committed to leading healthcare clients into an age of advertising that better reflects the breakthrough technologies and medical products each client produces. Company Vice President and Executive Creative Director Matt Greene addressed the need for stronger creative in medical advertising: "The reason we created The Medical Package LLC was to take science to a new level in the ad world. Traditionally, medical-based companies have been focused on functionality and have not elevated their brands through creative works and advertising. We hope to change that."
The agency also earned national recognition for an array of medical branding and advertising work created last year. In 2012, The Medical Package received a Silver Aster Award for Logo Design/Letterhead, a Gold Aster Award for Website Advertising and a Gold CardioVascular Advertising Award for Brochure. President & CEO Laura McCaskill and her team are pleased to receive awards in such well-respected national competitions for medical advertising, because "national attention for our work reflects the national attention we are gaining for our clients," she stated.
The 14 Addy Awards at the MADDY's, as the event was billed in 2013, marked the highest number of awards this medical marketing group has won at one ceremony. McCaskill noted that it is an honor to compete so well against many well-known consumer agencies, stating, "It's tough to compete in advertising awards against agencies that produce great ads for beer and boats, but we can bring medical companies into this creative world where they belong."
The Medical Package won the following Addy Awards for their medical marketing work:
McCaskill summed up her agency's strong showing by crediting her team and their clients. "I'm pleased to say The Medical Package boasts some of the brightest creative minds around. Combine that creative passion with our thorough knowledge and experience in the medical and healthcare space, not to mention incredible clients who recognize that we can cross new thresholds in medical advertising, and our agency is positioned to do great things."
