Each year the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association (ICLMA) identifies an ICLMA member who goes above and beyond simply being a member. These outstanding individuals voluntarily contribute their valuable time to promote and assist ICLMA and all ICLMA members.
This year, ICLMA presented their 2012 Member of the Year award to Leslie Spoor of Executive Errands® & Concierge Business Solutions™ for her outstanding service to the association. Ms. Spoor has been instrumental in promoting the association in addition to bringing valuable information to ICLMA members in their member forums and via webcasts about such topics as Marketing and Goal Setting for the entrepreneur.
Ms. Spoor has been in the independent concierge industry since 2006 when she formed her company Executive Errands® (http://www.executive-errands.com) in Palm Desert, CA. Executive Errands® is a service-based company providing lifestyle management concierge services including absentee home care, personalized assistance and home maintenance services. The company was founded on the principles of high quality at an affordable price with a focus on providing the types of services that would help to simplify other people's lives. Since entering the Concierge industry, Ms. Spoor became an ICLMA Certified Concierge Specialist. Recently, Ms. Spoor launched a new company, Concierge Business Solutions™
(http://www.conciergebusinesssolutions.com). This company offers a software system designed to help other concierge companies be more efficient by automating their administrative functions.
