Mike Deighan (Grand Rapids, MI) - Mike recently completed a two year assignment as head of real estate with Motors Liquidation Company (formerly General Motors Corporation) managing and disposing of 50,000,000 SF of former automotive facilities. Mike worked as a site selection specialist for retailers including Trader Joe’s Markets and DSW. Mike was the real estate advisor for Kmart Corporation in its bankruptcy and he disposed of 20,000,000 SF for WalMart.

Lou Hall (Chicago)- Louis is senior director of tenant representation with Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois. He specializes in developing, evaluating, and implementing tenant solutions, most recently at Grubb & Ellis, where his clients included Morgan Stanley, Acco Brands and Access Community Health Network.

Jeffrey Kaiser (Wilmington, DE)- Jeff represents clients a wide range of corporate, real estate, energy and financing transactions. He has substantial experience in representing clients in large, multi-state asset acquisitions and divestitures pursuant to a variety of competitive bidding procedures, having represented clients in such transactions in the banking, hospitality and petroleum industry.
