Moheet Nagrath brings extensive expertise in HR innovation and global talent challenges

Nagrath joins Executive Networks from Procter & Gamble, after a 30-year career where he held senior level positions in several different businesses. He was in senior corporate executive roles for more than 12-years, including five years as P&G’s Chief HR Officer, a position that covered approximately 130,000 employees in 80+ countries.

Nagrath’s global experience ranges from 12 years of worldwide responsibilities across developed and emerging markets, to regional responsibilities for seven years in Asia. His international experience has been shaped by working and living for 12 years in the U.S., four years in Japan, seven in Greater China, and seven years in India.
