Gary Barber Joins WestWater Research as Regional Director in its New Intermountain Office

Barber brings to WestWater over 16 years of experience in the water rights market, as both an employee of water resource development companies and an independent consultant. Barber specializes in water transactions and consulting to entities facing water resource challenges. He is a proven producer with a track record for structuring and implementing innovative water acquisition strategies.

Barber is also the current chairman of the Arkansas Basin Roundtable, a multi-disciplinary body formed by the Colorado General Assembly in 2005. Barber is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, graduating from United State Air Force Academy in 1976.
