TOG’s media vault is temperature and humidity controlled as well as fire resistive. TOG ensures security through added measures like intrusion detection, camera/video surveillance and fire detection. Entry to the media vault is tightly controlled with only select personnel having access via key card and entrance code. Upon receipt of media, TOG ensures security and integrity of clients’ data by physically inspecting media, creating a catalog of the shipment’s contents and recording any documentation or details included within the shipment (bag and tag). This documentation (also called chain-of-custody) is provided to the client and the process is defensible and can be testified to. TOG also manages safe transportation of client media in locked transport containers designed for secure media handling to and from the premises by bonded/insured and if required, armed couriers.
