Hainesville, IL (PRWEB) March 18, 2013
This week, on Saturday, Mach 23, Russo Power Equipment will host its first live, public auction at its dealership at 39 E. Belvidere Rd., Hainesvill, IL. This no-reserve auction will be held in conjunction with Obenauf Auction services, a well known and respected service that has a lot of experience throughout the state. The auction will feature, but is not limited to, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, trailers, mowers, and a wide range of other equipment.
“This event is one of the largest things our company has ever participated in, and everyone here is extremely excited to make it happen,” said Eric Adams, President of Russo Power Equipment. “This is an opportunity to engage our customers and offer an affordable alternative on big ticket items. It’s going to be a fun and exciting day for everyone involved.”
In the past, Russo has held an annual used equipment sale every spring, drawing over 900 people each year. This year, though, the company opted to change its format and host this auction in the belief that it holds more potential benefit for them and their customers.
The equipment can be viewed the day prior to the auction, on Friday, March 22, from 7:00am to 4:00pm. This will also be the only time that keys will be available to inspect the individual equipment. On the day of the event, the doors will be opened at 7:00am, and food and beverages, provided by local vendors, will be available for purchase.
Attendees will need to have a valid driver’s license or ID to register for a bid card, but the registration process can be done through email, but it must include a completed registration form and a copy of the driver’s license or state ID. Russo is also accepting additional consignments for the auction, and as equipment is registered, the company has posted photos on its Facebook page.
Further information about the auction can be found on the company’s website, or by calling Pete Liakouras at 847-752-0420 x4507. There are more than 400 piece of equipment up for auction this week, which has created an opportunity for customers to get the items they need at a discounted price.
