Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) March 18, 2013

Healthcare Holdings Group, Inc. (HCH) launched their proprietary SmartFormsMD Voice-Command medical template module at HIMSS-13 to an overwhelming audience response. Of the 1,100+ exhibitors at this year’s annual HIMSS conference—held in New Orleans—SmartFormsMD was highlighted in Healthcare Management and Technology Today’s tradeshow publication as a ‘Stand Out’ product for EHR software.

“We knew we had a solid and unique product with our SmartFormsMD Voice-Command Module, but the sheer scale of positive response and interest surprised even us,” said Mr. Lenny Tambasco, CEO of Healthcare Holdings Group, Inc.

The module’s flexibility allows practitioners to pick multiple data-entry points from all locations of their EHR software application and put them into a single screen and dictate only those values during the actual patient visit. Physicians can create specific templates to include the data fields they use regularly within their EHR during their patient-visits. SmartFormsMD also utilizes data capture capabilities from laptops and smart devices such as images, audio and video which can be passed to the EHR for later reference. The program will then synchronize the completed data fields back to the EHR application. This built-in ability simultaneously provides additional critical reporting functions to enhance the accuracy of a practice’s internal audit system and insure discreet data element capture is being managed effortlessly.

“The company balanced common-sense with their enterprise-class architecture and produced a truly one-of-kind product that allows physician’s the flexibility they’ve been seeking while executing their SOAP notes, fulfilling CPOE requirements, and updating patient records in a format of their choosing,” said Dr. Denise Karsten of Harrison Center Chiropractic in Syracuse, New York and HCH Advisory Board member.

The SmartFormsMD module can integrate with any practice’s current EHR software for a low monthly fee or included as part of the ChartZoneMD EHR software suite. This product is a secure and precise network-based application that crosses boundaries between complicated EHR software and streamlining “real world” practice workflows with its universal architecture and customizable options.
