The Joel Palmer House Restaurant Welcomes Oregon Spring with the Mushroom Sunshine Menu

It may be raining, but the mushrooms love it! The Joel Palmer House Restaurant celebrates Oregon Spring with a Special Seasonal Menu that includes 3 courses for $35.

Dayton, Oregon (PRWEB) March 19, 2013

The Joel Palmer House was recently named one of the Best Destination Restaurants in Oregon by 1859 Magazine, due to its historical ambiance, top-notch service, and exceptional dedication to fine cuisine, and Chef Christopher is giving guests a new reason to visit: The Mushroom Sunshine Menu. The “Mushroom Sunshine Menu” assembles a selection of Chef Christopher’s new creations and family favorites in a 3 course tasting menu for $35 per person. The seasonal menu is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and wine and service are not included in the fixed price.

Chef Czarnecki says, “Since my great-grandfather opened his restaurant in 1916, our cooking has revolved around wild mushrooms. Oregon spring may be rainy – but the mushrooms love it!"

"Our Mushroom Sunshine Menu is a great opportunity to share in the celebration of spring with friends and family, and a new way for locals to experience our cuisine on a weeknight,” added Chef Czarnecki. “Each course has at least 4 options including our family classics such as Heidi’s 3 Mushroom Tart and Jack’s Beef Stroganoff.”
