The Joel Palmer House was recently named one of the Best Destination Restaurants in Oregon by 1859 Magazine, due to its historical ambiance, top-notch service, and exceptional dedication to fine cuisine, and Chef Christopher is giving guests a new reason to visit: The Mushroom Sunshine Menu. The “Mushroom Sunshine Menu” assembles a selection of Chef Christopher’s new creations and family favorites in a 3 course tasting menu for $35 per person. The seasonal menu is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and wine and service are not included in the fixed price.
Chef Czarnecki says, “Since my great-grandfather opened his restaurant in 1916, our cooking has revolved around wild mushrooms. Oregon spring may be rainy – but the mushrooms love it!"
