The sport of baseball does not lend itself to a “quick pickup game.” While gathering 18 close friends together on a Saturday afternoon for a friendly game of the American Pastime may not be an easy task, one can typically count on seven pals that are always ready to “play ball!”
The National 3 Man Ball League™ (N3MBL™) was designed to provide and promote the joy of baseball on a smaller scale, to both the young and the young at heart with the 3 Man Ball™ – Hit It Out™ Tournaments.
The first national tour begins on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 8:00 a.m., Amelia Earhart Park in Hialeah, Florida, will play host to the inaugural 3 Man Ball™ Tournament with game durations of 45 minutes or five innings, whichever comes first.
The goal for the N3MBL™ is to create an atmosphere that promotes friendly-family competition and the opportunity to dust off those cleats, restring those gloves and swing for the fences while reliving this experience.
The tournament plans to draw over 50 teams from South Florida and surrounding areas. Teams can consist of up to four players and will compete for a First Place cash prize of $1,000.
The N3MBL™ plans to have tournaments in every state with thousands of N3MBL™ players gathering each year for the N3MBL™/3 Man Ball™ – Hit It Out™ Regional Qualifiers and N3MBL™/3 Man Ball™ – Hit It Out™ World Championship Weekend.
Registration is now open and will fill quickly. For more details about the tour, rules and to register, please visit the National 3 Man Ball League™ (N3MBL™) website at http://www.n3mbl.com/signup/
