Alpine Model

In 2012 we saw a great increase in interest and sales in our higher priced homes.

Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) March 21, 2013

In response to a strengthening real estate market, specifically in the $300,000+ price range, Shea Homes opened its newest model home in Winding Walk, located in Concord, NC. This 4,347 square foot home includes four bedrooms, three full baths plus two powder rooms, and large entertaining spaces. This Alpine plan represents the Wyngate village at Winding Walk, offering the largest homes and homesites in the neighborhood. Homes in Wyngate range from low $300’s to $500’s.

New home sales in the last year have increased beyond forecast, prompting this new model home. Michele Scott, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Shea Homes in the Carolinas, said, “In 2012 we saw a great increase in interest and sales in our higher priced homes. As interest in our Wyngate village at Winding Walk grew, we saw this as a great opportunity to showcase the Alpine home. This model gives customers a better vision of what they can build with Shea Homes in Winding Walk, or in our other similarly-priced neighborhoods throughout Charlotte and Greensboro.”

Throughout the home are thoughtfully-placed built-ins, making small and large things convenient, and bright pops of colors against a neutral background. The Kitchen, Family room and Morning room all flow into one, making a great space for entertaining. A luxurious first floor master suite features a double-coffered ceiling, two walk-in closets, double vanities, larger shower and soaking tub.

Upstairs in the Teen and Bonus rooms are great built-ins for the kids as well. The Teen room is a great spot for computers and homework, while the Bonus room is a large space in which to kick back and relax. Three secondary bedrooms and two baths round out the second floor.

The Alpine model is available in five neighborhoods in Charlotte and Greensboro. All customers who build with Shea Homes will have two appointments in their award-winning Design Studio to make their selections, from brick to countertops.
