At the event, Duggan will present “8 Steps to Achieving Operational Excellence,” during which he will teach attendees the step-by-step process for achieving Operational Excellence to facilitate real business growth in any industry. This presentation is based on his latest book “Design for Operational Excellence” published by McGraw-Hill, which recently received the Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award. He will also lead a second session, “Creating Mixed Model Value Streams,” which is designed to show organizations a method for creating flow in factories that have a high complexity of products, demand and shared resources. This presentation is based on Duggan’s best selling book "Creating Mixed Model Value Streams" published by Productivity Press.
