The additional staffing will work at the corporate call center and help assist customers with their life transitions. The expansion of the Door to Door Storage® sales team is another milestone of growth for the company following the doubling in size of its call center in spring of 2012 to provide additional support hours.

Door to Door correlates some of its growth to a general economic revival. The January 2013 Beige Book from the Fed indicates that economic activity has expanded since the previous Beige Book report, with all twelve Districts recording either modest or moderate growth (Footnote 1).
Door to Door is also serving the college market with specially designed moving and storage packages. A growing sector, overall enrollments have increased 12 percent since 2000, and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) reported 30.7 million college students in the United States in 2010 (Footnote 2).
