Each year Texas Monthly magazine recognizes the 100 best companies to work for in the state. Longnecker & Associates topped that list for the second time in three years, in the small business category. Companies are asked to complete a two-part survey including an overview of the company’s policies and procedures as well as an in-depth employee questionnaire (excluding the input of the owners), which is then evaluated by Best Companies Group, Texas Association of Business (TAB), and the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SDC-SHRM).
