To accommodate our growth, we are confident that outstanding service will be better delivered by opening an office that is geographically closer to many new and existing customers.

Tualatin, Ore. (PRWEB) March 26, 2013

Following multiple years of substantial growth, Corrigo Incorporated, a top software and support provider for managers of multisite facilities, will be opening a new office in Allen, Texas.

The new location will help Corrigo meet the increasing demand for its services and will become the company’s base in the Central Time Zone. Allen is a suburb of Dallas and is in proximity to many of Corrigo’s largest clients. In addition, DFW International Airport provides a multitude of options for rapid travel to support both existing and new clients.

“Part of Corrigo’s model is to reinvest in the company’s success by continually expanding our customer service infrastructure,” said John Phillips, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are committed to providing the best possible customer service. To accommodate our growth, we are confident that outstanding service will be better delivered by opening an office that is geographically closer to many new and existing customers.”

With offices in Georgia, California, Oregon and now Texas, Corrigo has continued to grow steadily, with its legacy products and more recently with the Work Order Network, since its founding in 1999. The Texas office will include professional services staff, sales reps, sales support personnel, and additional customer support staff.

Corrigo’s Work Order Network is an easy-to-use, web-based facilities management solution that provides complete visibility into all facilities, assets, technicians and vendors in real time. Once connected to the Work Order Network, clients experience a reduction in facilities management costs and gain powerful reporting capabilities that bring predictability and control to their business. In addition, the Corrigo team has a vast amount of industry experience, providing a consultative support approach to all clients.

“The Work Order Network is a vital resource for businesses of all sizes and types,” said Phillips. “It is crucial for any business to identify the most cost-effective solutions and find the most efficient means of operation possible. This cutting-edge network helps companies maximize their potential, and our clients love its ease of use and powerful functionality.”

To ensure the Texas office offers immediate benefits in the delivery of customer service and serves as a strong foundation for continued growth, a portion of Corrigo’s executives are relocating to anchor operations in the new office, which is slated to open on May 1, 2013.
