Prior to that, he was vice president of products at Mu Dynamics, (acquired by Spirent Communications), where he re-positioned the company around next-generation app-awareness and delivered the first “consumerized” network testing solution with an integrated cloud-based app store. He previously spent two years with emergency notification vendor AtHoc as vice president of product marketing. Prior to AtHoc, he spent more than 12 years at Mercury Interactive (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), as senior director of products, where he helped build the company’s load and performance testing business to more than 70% market share, with annual revenues exceeding $250M. Mr. Berman also spent 3 years as a software engineer at Radcom developing networking test equipment. He earned his B.Eng. in aeronautical engineering from Imperial College, London and his M.S. in computer science from University College London.
