Dean Baldwin Painting, LP , one of the most respected names in aviation painting, announced today that John E. Adler has joined the organization as Executive Vice President. Mr. Adler comes to Dean Baldwin Painting from Republic Holdings and will leverage his extensive airline maintenance and management experience to help shape the strategic direction of the 48 year old company. In this new role, Mr. Adler reports to the COO, Karl Anderson and will be responsible for the operational success of the company.
Mr. Adler brings over 22 years aviation experience to Dean Baldwin Painting. He most recently worked for Republic Holdings where he was responsible for the implementation of critical company policies and improved processes for cost containment. Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Adler was Director of Production with TEC St. Louis. Mr. Adler also spent nine years with Trans State Airlines.
