Going beyond account search to user level

Totango users see great value in the information that is delivered regarding their accounts. They can see the account health, usage frequency, real time and historic engagement information, and more. This is great for anyone who works with customers to better understand what’s happening on the account, but often, they may want to drill in even further and learn about an individual user within an account – are they currently online, when did they last login, what actions have they performed, etc.

As the first step on the user journey, Totango users are now able to search for users within Totango and see how their customers are using their application. This is different from searching by account, it goes one level deeper. The new "search by user" feature allows users to drill down into each account (company) and see what users are under that particular account as well as their online statuses or latest activity.
