Centurion Service Group’s customers in the southeast region of the United States will soon benefit from the opening of a new Centurion office in Boca Raton, Florida. Strategically placed within a high concentration of customers and with on-site staff, the Boca Raton location will open in April 2013. The location will allow Centurion Service Group to better serve and communicate with their contracted and non-contracted customers within the region, which make up about 20% of their business.
“With a significant number of hospitals, surgery centers and other healthcare facilities nearby, the idea of a regional office in Boca Raton was a smart move for us,” said Erik Tivin, CEO of Centurion Service Group, Inc. “The Boca Raton location will make a great addition to our other two offices in Chicago and Las Vegas.” But, unlike in Chicago and Las Vegas, Centurion will not be hosting live auctions at this new location. Equipment from the hospitals and surgery centers located in the southeast region will continue to be sold out of their Chicago warehouse.
Centurion assists healthcare facilities with every phase of their equipment’s life cycle: auctioning surplus equipment for fair market value, hospital and other medical facility liquidations due to closure or relocation, inventory services, equipment appraisal services, and assisting facilities in managing the reallocation of equipment within their hospital or hospital system.
