If we can give them (franchisees) the resources and support to build and develop their businesses, we are fulfilling our obligations to them as their franchisor, and ultimately, creating happier and more productive franchisees.
Charleston, South Carolina (PRWEB) March 29, 2013
360clean, the fast-growing specialized janitorial franchise, best known for its focus on hygienic cleaning, will be holding their annual Franchise Conference and Awards Ceremony on April 20-21, 2013 in Charleston, South Carolina.
360clean will use this opportunity to educate their franchise owners in the areas of human resources, client relations, quality control, business development, and creating and maintaining business partnerships. Speakers will be Herbert Drayton, III, Vice President and Health Services Manager for the Carolina Center for Occupational Health (CCOH); Teri Bradshaw, 360clean Director of Operations; Eddie Griffin, 360clean Unit Franchisee from Atlanta, Georgia; and representatives from Staples Facility Solutions and Diversey, two of 360clean’s preferred vendors.
“This conference will really delve into the most important aspects of being a successful 360clean franchise owner,” said 360clean Director of Operations, Teri Bradshaw. “Cleaning is not where we typically see franchise owners struggle—it’s other areas of business ownership that need to be the focus here. If we can give them the resources and support to build and develop their businesses, we are fulfilling our obligations to them as their franchisor, and ultimately, creating happier and more productive franchisees.”
In addition to education, 360clean will also be hosting an Awards Luncheon to recognize the top-performing franchisees in their system. Areas of recognition will include: Business Development, Client Retention, Rookie of the Year, and Franchisee of the Year.
Lastly, 360clean will be unveiling a sales promotion, which will encourage their franchise owners to become more involved in the sales and marketing of their janitorial services. To qualify, franchise owners must do the following: attend the conference; remain in compliance regarding their franchise agreement; maintain a 90% client retention rate; and secure an unspecified amount of business throughout the year (amount to be disclosed during the conference). Those franchisees who achieve each of those goals will receive a free 4-day cruise to the Bahamas, courtesy of 360clean Corporate.
