That's where Good People Creative comes in." He later noted, "Please don't misunderstand me about 5 million +, we have a lot of conversations with clients with many different gross sales numbers."

Instead of maintaining a standing team of designers, programmers, writers, artists, and managers, Evans makes the best of the rich networking opportunities that Nashville offers, he finds the best resources, and connects them with the right clients. “What my network allows me to do,” he says, “is to know those people and to fit those team members with the project that makes the most sense.”

The problem with the standing agency model in Nashville, says Evans, is that “forcing clients to work with the same team as everyone else, can lead to the same results.”

“We’re finding very strong talent,” he says, “and we’re marrying it to the right client.”
